FFA Congress - Why?

Over the last few weeks, we have added several posts regarding the issues with changing the FFA congress.

The reason we have done that is because this has become a major issue and we wanted people to be informed.

We are not advocating any particular position. However, we would like to see it resolved sensibly.

This issue has become part of a contest between the FFA, A-league club owners, Professional Footballers Association, and even National Premier Leagues clubs.

It's unfortunate that Australian football has not been able to resolve this. Both FIFA and Asian Football Confederation are involved.

FFA have been told that the voting procedure for members of the FFA Board needs to be more representative of the football community. Hopefully, it will happen soon.
